My Approach

I always use a constructive and sensitive approach which  has been shown to usually be beneficial to all concerned. Although as everybody's circumstances are different, I am not afraid to take a firm and strong line when necessary to protect your interests and to ensure your rights are protected.

I always leave you in control of how far matters are taken. Full costs information is given at every stage of the proceedings so you will never receive a bill   that is unexpected. In some situations I can accept payment by instalments, credit/debit card or sometimes be paid from settlement monies that you receive. I can also suggest loan facilities for legal fees.
